Sierra Smith Earns Double Silver at ATA World Championships!
Phoenix, AZ — Sierra Smith delivered an unforgettable performance at this year’s ATA World Championships, earning silver medals in both Traditional Forms and Xtreme Forms after competing against the top martial artists from around the globe.
Sierra qualified for this prestigious event by ranking in the Top 10 worldwide in all three of her competition events: Traditional Forms, Xtreme Forms, and Xtreme Weapons. Her dedication, discipline, and talent were on full display as she advanced through an incredibly tight field of competitors.
In the end, Sierra stood on the podium twice — placing 2nd in the world for both Traditional Forms and Xtreme Forms. This marked her first year qualifying for the World Championships, and she made it count in a big way.
Beyond her accomplishments as a competitor, Sierra is also an assistant instructor at her local ATA Martial Arts school, where she leads and inspires the next generation of martial artists. Her passion for the sport is evident not just in her performance, but in the way she teaches and supports others.
This weekend, Sierra will return to compete alongside several of her students as they kick off the new tournament season — ready to build on the momentum of her incredible world-stage success.
